All information that can be directly or indirectly connected to a person counts as personal data. This may, for example, be your name, email address, address or phone number.
ECC Sweden is a part of the Swedish Consumer Agency. The Swedish Consumer Agency is a government agency that is subject to the principle of public access to official documents. This means that the information you send to us becomes an official document. The information can be released upon request unless it is covered by secrecy. ECC Sweden does not forward your information for commercial purposes and does not use the information to trace you as a visitor to our website.
The EU’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force on 25 May 2018. The regulation applies in all of the EU Member States and includes rules for how personal data may be processed.
