On our website, you as a private individual can get independent information and guidance on, for example, the purchase of goods and services, complaints and making sustainable purchases. Here, there are also ECC Sweden’s legal advisers who assist with advice and mediation in matters that are cross-border within the EU, Iceland, Norway and the UK.

Report to the Swedish Consumer Agency

Consumers can report companies and products that do not follow the consumer law legislation. The Swedish Consumer Agency can then decide on any supervisory measures for the benefit of the consumer collective.
