Information on how ECC Sweden works
ECC Sweden is a part of the European Consumer Centres Network, but also a part of the Swedish Consumer Agency’s information service Hallå konsument. At ECC Sweden, consumers who made cross-border purchases within the EU, Iceland, Norway or the UK can get free help and advice from our legal advisers.
ECC Sweden can, among other things, help consumers with
- Information to prevent problems in cross-border trade.
- Advice in the event of problems with cross-border trade.
- Mediation with companies based in another EU country, Iceland, Norway or the UK.
About the ECC network
